A compassionate, strengths-focused Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor who supports individuals navigating substance use and recovery. Counseling incorporates evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Strength-Based Therapy to build self-awareness, emotional regulation, coping skills, and confidence.
The approach is collaborative and person-centered, helping individuals recognize their strengths, develop healthier patterns, prevent relapse, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
